GENERAL INFORMATION

Q: What is the London Lesbian Film Festival?
A: The LLFF is North America’s longest-running lesbian film festival, showcasing films by, for, and about lesbians and queer women. It offers a weekend full of film, community, and celebration.​
Q: When and where is the 2025 festival?
A: The festival takes place May 2–4, 2025 at various venues in London, Ontario. See below for addresses.​

PARKING
​
Q: Where can I park?
A:
CitiPlaza Parking Garage (paid parking). There is an underground garage at CitiPlaza. The lot may be accessed via Wellington, York, Clarence or King Street. To validate your parking during library hours, for up to 2 hours, please present your parking stub and London Public Library Card to staff at the Welcome Desk.
Paid and unpaid street parking is available on nearby streets (first come, first served). On street parking is usually free after 6pm.
Please check all signage before parking to avoid tickets.
TICKETS & ENTRY
Q: Can I get tickets at the door?
A: A very limited number of tickets may be available at the door for film screenings. Cash preferred. Availability is not guaranteed — we highly recommend purchasing online in advance.​
Q: What time do doors open?
A: Venue doors open one hour before the event. This gives guests time to browse our silent auction, grab a drink or snack, and get settled before screenings begin. Theatre seating opens 30 minutes before showtime. Refer to your ticket for exact times.​
Q: Are seats reserved?
A: All seating is general admission.
Please fill in seats without leaving gaps.
Yellow-banded seats are reserved for volunteers, filmmakers, and those requiring accessible seating — please do not remove bands or sit there unless designated. If you need accessible seating, email shout@llff.ca with the subject "Accessibility Request" ahead of time and check in with a volunteer at the event.
FOOD, DRINK & CONCESSIONS
Q: Will there be food or drinks?
A:
Concessions (popcorn, snacks, water, soda) will be available for sale one hour before film screenings and during intermissions.
London Brewing Co-operative will be on site Friday night with our official LLFF beer, wine, and canned cocktails.
The Opening Night Reception (Friday) will feature light appetizers and a cash bar at the Delta London Armouries.
Saturday Night Dance will have a cash bar in the Crystal Ballroom at the Best Western Lamplighter Inn.
Sunday’s Comedy Brunch includes a full buffet menu (subject to change)
Sunday Comedy Brunch Menu (Highlights):
Fresh juices, coffee, herbal teas
Danish, croissants, muffins, bagels, cinnamon buns, scones
Steel-cut oats (with 2% and almond milk)
Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, French toast
Seasonal fruit
Vegan option: Portobello Mushroom stuffed with ratatouille ​
Cash or Tap accepted at each of our events.

ACCESSIBILITY & INCLUSIVITY
Q: Is the festival accessible?
A: Yes. Venues are accessible. If you need mobility accommodations, email shout@llff.ca ahead of time with the subject line ACCESSIBILTY REQUEST and check in with a volunteer at the event. Wolf Performance Hall provides hearing assistive devices. Requests must be made by Thursday May 1 at 12:00pm to ensure availability.​
Q: Who is welcome at LLFF?
A: LLFF celebrates lesbians, non-binary folks, and 2SLGBTQIA+ women. The Sunday screening is open to all 2SLGBTQIA+ community members and allies.Please note, guests must be legal drinking age to attend Friday Films, Opening Night Reception and our Saturday Dance.

A: Nope! Wear what makes you comfortable. Just remember — clothing is not optional.
